If you searched for sample fulfillment or sample fulfillment services, you are usually looking for a 3PL — someone to hold inventory and mail vials. SampleFirst is not that. This page exists so the two are not confused.

What sample fulfillment services do

A sample fulfillment company stores your units, picks them when a campaign or order fires, and ships them. Brands hire them for influencer kits, CPG drops, and high-volume free or paid trials. ShipBob, Harte Hanks, and other 3PLs sell this.

That is a logistics contract. You pay for storage, pick-and-pack, and postage. You do not get a storefront of buyers looking for samples.
